What information we collect
When you get in touch with us using the Quotation Form page or the form on the Contact us, you voluntarily provide us with your name, email, address and other details regarding your property in order to receive a relevant quote from us. There is simply no other way to achieve this. We will only use the information you gave us to provide you with answers, we never sell it.
We also use HTTP Cookies in order to make this website work properly in your browser and also to understand how visitors use our pages, how many pages they visit before they find what they need, whether there are technical or accessibility issues, to remember their email addresses when they write comments and things like these. Nearly all modern websites use cookies like this, but they can be removed from your browser whenever you wish to do so (please see below more info).
What Are Cookies

This page describes what information they gather, how we use it and why we sometimes need to store these cookies. We will also share how you can prevent these cookies from being stored however this may downgrade or ‘break’ certain elements of the sites functionality.
Read more about HTTP Cookies on Wikipedia.
How We Use the Cookies
We use cookies for a variety of reasons, please read more about that below. Because there are no industry standard options for disabling cookies without completely disabling the functionality and/or key features of this website, it is recommended that you accept cookies if you are not sure whether you need them or not, in case they are used to provide a service that you use.
What Cookies We Set
In order for you to login (we currently don’t offer this option to clients or readers), you need cookies, that’s how this system always worked. It’s just a way of telling the browser to remember that you’ve done a certain action pertaining to logging in. Sometimes we use these for newsletter forms (not currently in use) as well.
When you submit data to through a form such as those found on contact pages, quotation page or comment forms, cookies may be set to remember your user details for future correspondence or to simplify the process by not forcing you to reintroduce all details.
In order to provide you with a great browsing experience on this website, we provide the functionality to set your preferences for how this site runs when you use it. In order to remember your preferences we need to set cookies so that this information can be called whenever you interact with a page is affected by your preferences.
3rd Party Cookies
Because without using a tool like Google Analytics or Piwik we can’t tell whether our clients come from search engines or social media and, thus, we’re unable to learn how to best serve them by using the keywords they need in order to find us, we have implemented such tools on this website. These tools use cookies to remember you when you return to the website, among other things.
We also use social media buttons across the website – like Facebook and Twitter, and these use cookies as well.
